The photos were shot by legendary industry veteran Gerald Saunders (@GeraldSaunders) who made use of a series of new technologies and methods developed by Naughty Tweet to have the first photos on the internet from the 2011 AVN Awards Red Carpet.

“In my years as a photographer in the industry I’ve seen the advent and acceptance of Digital Photography, the integration of web and print; and now for the first time the near real time appreciation and adoration of photography fans around the world through Social Media”, said Gerald Saunders. “Often shooting red carpet events photographers are a blur to celebrities; it’s truly amazing how Social Media has changed that! I was surprised to see the likes of Adult SuperstarTera Patrick (@mrsterapatrick), and many others, not only re-tweeting the photos I shot mere minutes before but to receive a personal message from her thanking me for them.”

November 2, 2010 – The Naughty Tweet Network, parent to the wildly successful PornStarTweet.com has announced the talent lineup for the forthcoming AdultCon – Las Vegas (www.adultcon.com)!

AdultCon Vegas officially starts at 5pm on Thursday, November 4, 2010.  PornStarTweet.com will be on hand with their customized 1962 Shasta AirFlyte Trailer. It’s a hugely humbling experience to actually see your name come up as a nominee for any award, but to get two nominations for awards from our peers in the industry is really amazing!!  The Xbiz awards a different because these aren’t consumers voting, these are industry people — stars, actors, directors, web designers, camera people and everyone that makes this business hum!  This morning when the Press Release from Xbiz showed up in my email I didn’t read it for an hour, the anticipation was huge and after being completely snubbed by another award nomination recently my hopes were not high… but to get not one but two separate nominations was truly unexpected.

There are plenty of people to thank – among them all of the awesome Porn Stars who have tweeted their asses off this year, shown up to our TweetUps and supported this project all the way.  The industry as a whole has been awesome in supporting this project. We can’t forget the more than 50,000 people that follow all of our sites, you guys all rock!

Now with more than 500 Porn Stars on PornStarTweet.com – We’re only going to get bigger and better.
